Okay, firstly, I assume you have the pic saved to your computer?
Now go to “Edit My Profile”, then on the left hand side, go to “Media”, click on Add New. Then where it says Drop Files to Upload or Select Files, choose Select Files. Then pick the photo you want. Now click on Edit My Profile again and scroll down PAST where it mentions the profile picture/Gravatar business. Ignore that bit altogether. Just below it there is another section about changing your Avatar. That’s the one you use. You click on Choose from Media Library and it will take you to our media library where hopefully your picture will now be, click on it and press “Set as avatar”, then refresh your browser and you should be set.
That might all sound confusing, but you can do it in seconds once you know what you’re doing.
