    The final score flatters Mavs, in reality they were full of mistakes and errors. At the end of Q1 the scores were level at 10-10. Mavs defence of Quashie/Trip/Gibson were reliable as ever and created interceptions and turnovers only to see their attack throw it away. When Mavs finally pulled away the margin was only 5 goals and Stars were competitive and always looked threatening. In Q4 Mavs pulled away to secure the win.
