What a result for the Roses without some of their strongest players. It’s obvious that the quality and professionalism of VNSL has gone up a few notches, the England-based players were far more consistent across this series and their depth is growing nicely.
Hopefully Taurua learns from her selection mistakes this series. There’s really no reason why the NZL team that beat Australia in Constellation Cup shouldn’t have gotten more time.
