I agree with JR – this decision is merely a symptom of a much bigger problem; how did NA get in such a parlous financial state? Obviously they will look the Government to bail them out again, but surely something is not adding up as the player pay supposedly increased significantly after the Foxtel deal yet the losses (even pre-COVID) are somehow worse?
