I don’t think NZ needs import shooters, as you say there are plenty waiting for their chance.
The demise of the Mystics this season should be a reminder to teams to choose their shooting combinations (3 – 4 shooters) wisely. If a shooter goes down the rest should be able to step up and fill their place. Mystics lost both Mes and Tui who went off for new challenges (read better opportunities/more game time) although in Tui’s case it didn’t appear to work out for her.
I can’t imagine Walmsley staying at Pulse if she’s not going to get the time. Why would she.
