    Hancock was for only Diamonds but then that the push from that is that the previous allocated NA money for the Diamonds programme would be filtered elsewhere.

    So really this is just a State Government bail out. Glad I don’t live in Victoria to pay for that out of my rates.

    15mill over 4.5 years still won’t pay back their debt needed by next year.
