I don’t think it is. I did it about a year ago, and got 15.something (can’t quite remember). Now I’m twice the age of these girls, and I definitely don’t do half as much cardio as I should. A lot of the younger girls in our group were getting anywhere between 16-18. There were some girls who just stopped cause everyone else had finished, so didn’t completely empty the tank.
For me, getting to 15 was hard. It was definitely no jog 😂 For the younger ones it didn’t seem that hard. That’s why I was shocked the standard was 16.2. But then I also thought to myself, maybe they do it differently?
I’m not too sure where I heard her say it (or if I imagined it 🤦♂️). But I’m sure Sharni Layton said they had to hit level 18? Can anyone in the know confirm that?
