Yeah this year’s Australian side in general has been throwing away quite a lot of ball…Ian HarkinModeratorOctober 16, 2019 at 7:56 amPost count: 20505

Sorry to keep harping on about this but Australia has actually dominated this game and yet they only lead by 5. They have been so sloppy in allowing the Ferns back into the game. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if NZ finished strong here.AllieCParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 7:56 amPost count: 119
Totally agree Tully, Weston throws away so much in attack but Klau is totally absent. Bruce playing really well in GK but a better a attacking option in GD.
Yes! Tippett in GS :)Netballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 7:56 amPost count: 2332AllieCParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 7:58 amPost count: 119
Oops, Tippett at GA, Philip GSNetballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:01 amPost count: 2332
Interesting even though she is the GA, Tippett is in some ways playing that holding shooter role which is probably what LA wanted. Scherian on for Hadley nowNetballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:03 amPost count: 2332
Great reach from Bruce, she is becoming that reliable GK that this team needs in defenceNetballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:05 amPost count: 2332
Weston back on at GD. Klau to the benchmcleodParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:07 amPost count: 1690
Whitney Souness should have come on earlier, missed a chance NZ. Left it to late to make the change, down by what 9 or 10Netballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:08 amPost count: 2332
Mes’s movement is superb in attack but her shooting is off.
Langman looks to have some pain in her right hand, I didn’t spot anything happen did anyone else?Netballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:11 amPost count: 2332
I think from this last quarter I’ve seen that Bruce has really stepped up, the Phillip and Tippett goal circle is a great combination but I wonder if it will even last 6 months depending on Wood’s return and Phillip’s possible retirement in a few years. I would love to see Thwaites back in if Turner isn’t going to make her debut, that fourth option will be very important. I also think Brazill is better fitted at WD for deflection and intercepts but JLP has got this, kind of dirty mind you, but body on body way of playing which does push the WA out of their comfort zone.
Either way a great match and great win for Australia and LAs 100th Test matchNetballcrazy1ParticipantOctober 16, 2019 at 8:16 amPost count: 2332Ian HarkinModeratorOctober 16, 2019 at 8:17 amPost count: 20505

Well deserved MVP for Bruce. I don’t understand why she wasn’t brought into the game on Sunday. Her reach over the shot had all the shooters doubting themselves.
Hadley again has not stepped up at this level. Scherian Ok but not the answer either. I would have liked to see JLP in C, Braz WD and Watson in WA.
