                Great final so far. The standard is very high. The battle of the goal circles at each end has been terrific.

                  13 – 12 Collingwood at 1/4 time. Nweke missed a goal right on the buzzer, she’s holding her own against Geva….she’s 10/12. Shimona is shooting a similar % but a couple less attempts – 8/10.

                        25 – 23 to Collingwood at 1/2 time.

                        The GS’s are comparable #s and stats but Medhurst is the difference at GA at 8/8. Back to her best …shooting a good amount and a great % along with doing a great job controlling the game.

                          3/4 time: Magpies 36-33

                          All three quarters have been the same… up and down, until finally the Magpies win it by 1. So they lead by 3 going into the last quarter. Still anyone’s game.

                          I’m pretty confident about one thing. Mystics are in for a big year next year.

                              Great game! The final margin is in no way a true reflection of the competitiveness. Mystics were leading at the 5min mark of the last quarter, until a flurry of turnovers and the Magpies eventually ran away with it.

                                Congrats Magpies!!! Good game from both teams. Really enjoyed the defensive efforts from both teams. I thought it might blow out a bit more, but I was pleased Mystics stayed in it. But those little turnovers that cost 2 goals were costly. Karaka is in form and must be in the team. She’s hunting everything and it’s so good to see. MSB also did some damage. But the steady class of Magpies was just too good. Probably the most enjoyable Superclub comp I have seen.
