ok, cracking start for both teams on paper! 100% shooting percentages all round.
Magpies leading early with an intercept each from Mentor and Garrett. Mainland Tactix have scored 6 of the last 10 goals to bring it back to 10-11, despite one miss from Bird- very accurate shooting in that first q.

Still great % but 7 turnovers from Tactix goalers, 6 from Magpie goalers. Might be great defensive pressure.
Half time is Magpies 23-19 Tactix.
Looks like Bragg came off, Braz into WD and Lind into C. Or about to happen
TP back to GS, Bird off, Prosser on at GA. Maybe Hannah Glen also at GA for some part of the 2nd q?Okay, I’m off now, hopefully to watch the game live instead of trying to figure out what might be happening from the stats!

I’m still not sold on Nelson. The player, not the town they’re playing in. She’s not confident and doesn’t assert herself enough in the goal circle. I know she’s still young so maybe it will improve.
Full time: Magpies 51 v Tactix 38
Reckon Tactix might go all right this year.
Amazing fourth quarter for the Pies, resulting in a strong win!@natmedhurst is your MVP – amazing work?#gopies pic.twitter.com/C0uDacCEHh

Aaagghhhh…so much black and yellow on court.
Half time: Pulse 27 Wasps 19.
The teams look VERY similar. Why couldn’t they have a clash uniform?
I thought that with Mystics v Steel earlier today, but this is MUCH worse. After almost three quarters I’m still struggling. Why didn’t they put them in the opposite pools if they don’t have an alternative strip.
Oh, and Wasps need a GA; is there usual GA not in NZ?
After two games, we’ve got every player on court and showcased some great netball! Geva caught up with us to share her thoughts on the competition so far ☺️#gopies pic.twitter.com/vjWDmelB0Q

Full time: Pulse 56 v Wasps 39
MVP Burger…. she’s so great to watch.
And what about the % shooting from the three Pulse goalers – all in the 90s!
Hope the Steel choose to keep totally mixing up the team when they play the Pulse.
Pulse definitely weaker in the defence circle without Fitzpatrick. Ekenasio is definitely the starting shooter over Metuarau based on yesterday’s game against Mystics.
Fairly disappointing crowds. Netball Nz should hold it in Wellington next year and not so close to Christmas.
Wasps should have worn their black kit for that! Tbh, I think Wasps are doing well considering they are the only non professional team. Pity it’s not the 2018 squad.
Bird looked like a rabbit in the headlights everytime she caught the ball. Tbf if I had Geva Mentor marking me I’d probably look like that.
Looks like 2020 might be the most competitive ANZP season
