Even without Pretorius, this is a strong SA team – England are going to have their work cut out on this one!

People outside of UK and SA can watch the series on youTube…

Oh my I had no idea Francis and Bayman were together! (blame it on the fact that I don’t do Facebook or Twitter ๐Ÿ˜†). I can vaguely remember ages ago someone on here suggested that Francis didn’t get on with Neville and there was some situation revolving around her having a relationship with another player….I’m glad to see Stacey back though as her experience will be invaluable and she appears to be a calmer, more in control player now. I’m still a bit sad that Bayman has retired from international netball though and I agree with Francis that age shouldn’t be an issue: Give me the Langmans,Kopuas, Clarkes and Rachel Dunns all day long if they’re still matching up against the newbies!

Yeah, that reason she gave for not putting herself up for selection just doesn’t make much sense. It just stands out that as soon as Tracey Neville wasn’t the coach any more, Stacey Francis is straight back in.

I agree and I also remember being puzzled about why Bayman wasn’t in the commonwealth games squad. I’m probably biased as she’s always been one of my favourite players but I’ve always rated her on par with Guthrie and Clarke as our C/WD….AND she had such a good playing relationship with Housby! Oh well at least I have an idea of why she may have decided to move on….

Not that I think the time difference is going to work, but does anyone know if these games can be seen on the East coast of OZ in any way.

Oh just saw that Ian had posted they’d be on FB, but I think only the third game (8pm on Sunday evening) is feasible, 10pm on the Saturday might work but 2am on Saturday morning! Nope!!!

                                  Games will be on at 7pm, 3pm & 1pm. Which is 5pm, 1pm & 11am in the UK.

In AEDT, that’s Sat 4am, Sat midnight & Sun 10pm.
