    1/4 time: Stars 13-10

    Wilson 10/11 (91%)
    Hume 3/3 (100%)

    McPhee 5/6 (83%)
    Latu-Meafou 5/6 (83%)

Stars threatened to blow the margin out a few times in the first Q only for Magic to hit back. Again, Maia Wilson providing a good focal point and Reuela-Buchanan 9 assists in a Q!

    1/2 time: Stars 23-18

    Wilson 18/20 (90%)
    Hume 5/6 (83%)

    McPhee 11/14 (79%)
    Latu-Meafou 7/8 (88%)

Stars edged away by another 2 goals in that Q. They just seem the more composed at this stage, making fewer mistakes and having an easier time finding their go to shooter in Wilson

    Two fairly evenly matched teams.

    3/4 time: Magic 36-33

    Wilson 27/30 (90%)
    Hume 6/9 (67%)

    McPhee 23/27 (85%)
    Latu-Meafou 13/15 (87%)

Incredible turnaround. Magic scored as many goals in that Q as they did in the whole first half. All of a sudden everything is clicking and you wonder can Stars come back now?

Awesome final 12 min. Poor Latu-M twice in 2 weeks had a chance and nope.

Brilliant game. Clearly little between these 2. Oceane Maihi had a great impact.

Wilson is so good with her footwork and this season she is more accurate than ever before. She would be my first pick out of all the shooters for the SF’s.

Magic would be so much better if their shooters could consistantly shoot in the higher percentages.

Magic roster just not good enough
Mikaere does some good things but just not quick enough. McPhee and Latu-Meafou aren’t accurate enough
I like Winders but feel she is better at C. Cable-Dixon should be on bench and used as impact player at WA when Souness is off

Good match. Thought Magic would push through, but few mistakes in the end.

Stars have a great defender in Maihi coming through.
She will get a contract next year. Could be a very good combo with Burley in the making.

Swift still can’t get on court. Understand she was injured, but waste of a spot?

Magic will come back strong against Tactix tomorrow
