This will be very close.
Could go either way.
Especially the way Halpenny played and the Steel looked far more connected than have for the whole season .
Tactix by at least 5. I hope!Having just watched the Tactix game I think they will win and stop Steel getting the bonus point.
Last week they played well against Mystics and played rubbish the next day against Magic. Hopefully they can get over the line against Steel
Steel
GS McCollin
GA Pelasio
WA Crampton
C Saunders
WD Heffernan
GD THR Selby-Rickit
GK FifitaTactix
GS Bird
GA TP Selby-Rickit
WA Pedersen
C Poi
WD Elley
GD Watson
GK FakahokotauHalpenny again on the bench for Steel and it’s the 2nd edition of Selby-Rickit v Selby-Rickit. Last time they seemed to avoid each other a fair bit!
I think we’ll see Halpenny in the second quarter. She’s not netball fit so probably not ready for a full game
Some of these goal attacks coming through are horrific. No natural instinct for the position at all.
Tactix looking great though. ? Fifita has finally entered the chat. Hasn’t done much this season imo. But she’s getting to ball tonight which is good.
1/4 time: Tactix 13-6
Halpenny 0/0
McCollin 6/7 (86%)
Pelasio 0/1 (0%)Bird 10/11 (91%)
Selby-Rickit 3/4 (75%)Was even until the midway part of the quarter, when Tactix poured on the pressure and scored 7 out of 8 goals. Pelasio struggled, giving up 4 turnovers and Halpenny’s on now.
Nice play off the post by McCollin but I think Tem started limping after that knock
Omg walk it off Miss F. Please let it be a niggle.
What happened to Tem??!!!
I don’t think it’s really serious. She’s got it strapped up and now she’s on the exercise bike.
1/2 time: Tactix 28-14
Halpenny 4/5 (80%)
McCollin 10/11 (91%)Bird 20/21 (95%)
Selby-Rickit 8/10 (80%)Tactix totally dominant and Steel struggling in attack. Fakahokotau’s ankle injury desn’t appear overly serious. Let’s hope not anyway.
