2020 SSN GRAND FINAL – VIXENS v FEVER

Vixens seem to be using a box defence on the Fever centre pass. Helping them get three early tips to the ball, unfortunately, none have been successful turnovers yet.

Re the Fever shooting circle, yes that could be their downfall but that would mean Vixens defence would need to find a way to smother Fowler which seems quite unlikely. However, if they were able to do that, then yes ATn would have an immense amount of pressure and the attack end’s dynamic would change

Fever have immense defensive pressure all down the court, every player has their arms up and trying to push the ball backwards

The fever defence has taken a massive step up in pure roughness so far. I hope that starts to get called out
