Nelson has 6 turnovers to her name, that too many for a game let alone a quarter and one minute. I would like to see Allan/Sinclair or if need be, even Ryde

This game is so ugly, the only player having a strong game is Mentor. She’s really been outstanding this year, amazing efforts considering they have seldom been rewarded.

If Magpies come up with possession throughout this game as much as they have this quarter, they can win, they just need to be able to convert

Looks like Orr might be about to come on for Bragg at WD

What a terrible game from both teams.

Ward, Mentor and Weston are playing well.

If anyone ever doubted the importance of Watson to the Vixens attack this game proves it.

Philip’s speed has as expected made a big difference to opening the Vixens’ attack. Thwaites at GA won’t work without Watson.

                          1/2 time: Vixens 30-26

                          Nelson 21/21 (100%) 0/1 (0%)
                          Sinclair 3/3 (100%) 1/1 (100%)

                          Thwaites 3/4 (75%) 2/2 (100%)
                          Philip 7/10 (70%)

Well, a bit of normality has returned to the game, with Vixens winning that Q 18-9. Magpies had 12 turnovers in that Q. Not good!

I don’t know how she does it but Moloney always gets the most amazing stats from doing so little. I feel like she’s been very average today and she has more NNP than Mentor, it’s wild.

                              Geez if Nelson could catch….

That was a much better quarter for Moloney. She did step up and take on the feeding. Philip was the big difference though using her speed to open space.

Would like to see Allie Smith get another crack at WD and either E or S McDonald at WA.
