                        Intense battle but scrappy. Defences on top well and truly. We just saw that Q finish with 7 successful 1 point goals and 6 unsuccessful 2 point attempts. Not a good advertisement.

                            In Wood’s absence, Lightning guilty of playing a bit like millionaires today. They need to treasure possession a bit more. Magpies doing just enough to stay in front at this point. Shimona Nelson makes a big difference to the team

                                  Really unusual game. Defence well on top and lots of turnovers and errors in attack. Lightning’s back 4 keeping them in it, while Ward is starring at GD for Magpies.
