        Giants have won two games, and Bassett has played 7 quarters in those 2 games. I know she was a bit shaky at times tonight, but I still feel she has an important part to play in this team. And Kiera Austin just kills it at WA. 26 goal assists in 3 Qs from that position!

              Classy game from Bassett. Clearly should be their GS. Austin is all class. Ability to slide between GA WA is not easy. Next big thing in Australian netball

              Venter is a waste on the bench. She would be ideal at Magic.

                I’m so curious how Firebirds are going to fit Bueta back in. The natural solution would be for her to work on her GS game but it doesn’t seem like something she or any of the coaches around her want to pursue. Surely Dwan can’t go back to the bench next year (or whenever Gretel returns), she’s been too good.

                    Brain fade from Hinchliffe with about a minute to go in that last quarter. Simpson clearly was the last player to touch the ball and she let it roll out instead of chasing it down.

                      So, I think this clearly shows that Romelda Aiken is a better long range shooter than Jo Harten.

                          If Tippah loses her starting spot, Fever would be a great place to go.
                          But i suspect they will keep Aiken, Gretel and Tippah, move Venter on. Rotate the 3 like the vixens do.
                          I also think Gretel at GS and Tippah GA is a good move. Get Laura to work with Romelda on her GK game. would be a great change up to put Romelda GK in the power 5 to lean right over the 2 point shots and get rebounds

                          I think Aus will look at Gretel at GS also, with Steph GA with Thwaites retiring from Aus.

                              I reckon that was actually Jenkes plan before Beuta announced her pregnancy. Putting Venter into GS with Beuta and GA and push Aiken into GK when they need it.
