Magpies have 4 games in 11 days, plus travel WTF!!!!
I think Lightning’s in the same position: 6th, 8th, 13th and 16th. It’s that one game midweek on Wednesday 16th that puts those two teams at a disadvantage. I suppose if Lightning do make the Finals they’ll have the advantage of a longer break before the finals.

If my calculations are correct then with only 4 rounds to go Vixens will play finals? Thunderbirds in 5th can’t catch them I don’t think.

Team lists are out for the weekend and in addition to Liz Watson being rested (ankle) Helen Housby is out for Swifts with concussion. Big game v Fever after a couple of losses and they will have to do it without Housby.
That’s two big outs.
