Don’t be daft al_ex, I just want what is best for the players, and IMO a 17 week comp that will finish so late in the year, then a possible 4 test series, with the Silver Ferns, a probable couple of weeks rest, then back into pre season for the 2021 comp, is crazy.
What is wrong with getting all 8 teams into a hub, (prob Queensland), and playing 2 rds a week, then finals.
Surely this is a better option, the comp could be done and dusted in say 8-9 weeks. That gives the players time to have a wee break and then prepare for the con Cup. Which then can be played Oct/Nov, and not December.
But this prob won’t happen.
Dealing with type 1 diabetes is a 24/7 job for @NSWSwifts defender Sarah Klau. But it wont stand in the way of her pursuit of netball greatness.

Maddie Browne was on the radio here in Melbourne yesterday afternoon.

Pretty sure it was on between 4.30 and 5pm..that’s an hour in….
Sounds like it’s been very uncertain at training – no match practice at training and with only 2 weeks out before the announced start of the season, no decisions for the Melbourne teams. So if they go to QLD, there won’t be time for a 2 week quarantine.
The @collingwoodsn and @MelbourneVixens will both travel to Queensland tomorrow to begin a 14 day quarantine in preparation for the 2020 season beginning on 1 August.

Liz Ellis reckons all teams are heading to hubs in Queensland! Official announcement in a couple of hours? ??
All non-Queensland Suncorp Super Netball teams will relocate to Queensland for part or all of the season, which will still be made up of 14 rounds and a normal finals series.
