    Full time: Jam 59 v SA 54

Great performance from the Sunshine Girls. Final score flattered SA a bit. They were a little disappointing. Well deserved player of the match to Dixon, but it was an all round team effort. Well done from coach Connie Francis.

    Yep Dixon was great.

SA pulled it back to only lose by 5.

Jamaica played well but for some reason I’m not really impressed? I think this is the level I expected from them at the WC. So in effect they have not improved just got back to the level they were before

Maia Wilson settling in nicely. I forgot she and Eke used to be a combo for Pulse.

Wilson off and TPSR on at GS. I thought Wilson was playing well

Oh Souness on for Crampton, now that I agree with. I felt she began to hesitate with her passes to Wilson

Great to see Dame NT mix up the combos. Everyone needs some court time, especially when developing the new wave.

    1/2 time: NZ 28-25

    Ekenasio 12/12 (100%)
    Wilson 12/12 (100%)
    Selby-Rickit 4/5 (80%)

    Cardwell 19/22 (86%)
    Fisher 4/4 (100%)
    Corbin 2/5 (40%)

Eng looked better since Fisher came on. Selby-Rickit has brought Ekenasio into the game more. Otherwise not sure why she replaced Wilson.

Agree Jinxibo. Couldn’t work out why Wilson was replaced. As I mentioned, TPSR has brought Ekenasio into the game more, but I thought Wilson was playing well.

Now, the NZ shooting circle is Wilson and Mes. A bit hard to keep up!
