Everyone would, would suffer from a real let go of a starting 7 player!
Pulse and Tactix, (but mainly Tactix!!), must take advantage of the Steel losses and lack of any bonus points.
If Fisher is out for a week or 2 or 3. Then Steel are going to really struggle.Stars did nothing wrong when Fisher got injured, it was a very poor pass from Metuarau, hung in the air waiting to be grabbed.
Stars shooting was poor, otherwise Steel would have lost by way moreI knew the Stars were more penalised, but didn’t realise how many more penalties they had!
Fisher’s knock didn’t have to do with it though, just unfortunate placement of the pass.
Nawai doing a great job of confusing the space. Mystics feeders are also spraying their passes, putting Grace under unnecessary pressure.
Disappointed Mes hasn’t stepped up as the Pulse defence are dropping two back.
Same problem area as usual for the Pulse. Let’s see some new combos Parata.
1/2 time: Mystics 30-21
Nweke 28/30 (93%)
Mes 2/9 (22%)Dunn 9/13 (69%)
Amaru-Tibble 12/14 (86%)Mystics doing it easily at this stage. Mes’s poor shooting not affecting the team at this stage. Pulse don’t seem to be able to work out their midcourt. Dunn struggling.
Oh Pulse not getting nearly enough of the 50 50 loose ball contacts.
The change of energy from Souness at GA.
Oh Pulse not getting nearly enough of the 50 50 loose ball contests.
Sulu 5 intercepts – very impressive.
If Souness could shoot she’d be a great GA. She opens up the circle so nicely and plays with such speed.
The Tactix, Pulse and Steel keep finding new ways to blow their Top 3 chances. It will be interesting to see who makes it in the end.
