Mentor off for a blood nose.
Regarding the short pass, I would have gone the other way. I’d make it 3 feet like obstruction.
1/2 time: NZ 24-21
Selby-Rickit 15/18 (83%)
Metuarau 9/10 (90%)Fisher 15/16 (94%)
Drakeford-Lewis 5/5 (100%)
Cardwell 1/4 (25%)Penalties: Eng 25-23
Turnovers: 12-12Better quarter in attack from both sides. 14-14 that quarter. Drakeford-Lewis has come on well.
What a hectic style of game played by both teams. They’re going to nackered by the end of it.
Just when I think Roses are making a comeback, some how they lose possession in those closing stages everytime.
I quite like TP in GS. Another moving circle is born in a matter of one half of a game. Yes, a few turnovers and missed shots. But the general play is outstanding against a heavy defence!
I never saw what was the buzz with Lewis. I see it now. Just clever smart play in front. She has a very unique shooting style, quite flat.
I think both teams defensively are great. Good game so far.
I missed the first half – who came on for Mentor?
i can’t type quick enough to keep up with the game!
Geva got a bloody nose and Williams can on at GK
I Know it’s only been 5 minutes but there’s something about Toeva and the Ferns that doesn’t mix well…
How do I watch game 2 of the Cadbury series
LG was having a blinder but it’s nice to see Williams out there.
Roses have stepped up and it was a bad time to lose Geva but we’ve managed to pull it back
England in front!
Not a good start for Grace.
Welcome to the big stage Nweke. She’s being schooled by Mentor haha; Great learning for her
Nweke and Toeava being made to look like club players. Welcome to the real world now
Depending on where you live (not NZ or UK), you can watch here, Muffie.
So far in this Q, NZ are 7/11, Eng 13/14!
