    Round 8… making one change this week. It could come back to bite me but I hope not. Helen Housby in for Sophie Dwyer. They cost the same currently, but I feel Housby is on the improve. Dwyer could still score well so it’s a risk.

    So what happens now with the Fever v Vixens game not going ahead as I will no have 3 positions I can’t score any points off as unlike when you knew you had a bye coming up you could at least plan and have bench players that could score but unfortunately for me all my bench player are Vixens or Fever so can’t replace my 2 starting players?

    Statement regarding Fantasy Netball and what is happening with the Fever v Vixens game still to be played

    This is far from ideal, but with Covid around, things change quickly and not everything can be equal. There are lots of people with players from Fever and Vixens in their teams and I’m not going to make them lose out because of that game not going ahead. So I’ve decided to make this a double round. The 3 games completed in round 8 and the (hopefully) 4 games of round 9.

    For each of your players, you will be awarded their highest score over those two rounds. Obviously, for Fever & Vixens players, it will be their only score. For everyone else, you will get their highest score from the 2 matches they play. Now, I’m afraid this means you can’t make any more trades until after round 9, but that’s just the way it is. This is as fair as I can make it.

    And just a reminder that things can change, especially with the situation as it is at the moment. We don’t know when the Fever v Vixens game will be played yet. If a date for that game is announced, we’ll say what happens with that then.
