Tbirds should go after Garbin as a starting GS for next season…… a girl can dream 😅
Yep, Garbin needs to be a starting GS.
My positive spin on Klau coming up against Nelson is all the practice before she plays against Nweke
1/2 time: Magpies 37-30
Nelson 34/34 (100%)
Sinclair 3/4 (75%)Garbin 15/16 (94%)
Wallace 6/7 (86%)
Housby 6/8 (75%)Swifts are going to have to find a way to cut off the supply of ball to Nelson because she’s having a blinder, well fed by Browne & Sinclair.
3/4 time: Magpies 58-47
Nelson 55/56 (98%)
Sinclair 3/4 (75%)Garbin 25/27 (93%)
Housby 11/13 (85%)
Wallace 6/7 (86%)Sarah Klau must be getting so frustrated seeing the ball repeatedly go just a few cms over her to Nelson who may be headed for a record haul
Swifts making some inroads into the lead, but what they need are a few more gains or for the Magpies feeders to make some errors. And at the moment, Sinclair in particular is not obliging. Magpies 66-58
Magpies headed for a resounding win. No doubt who will be player of the match!!!
Full time: Magpies 75-68
Nelson 69/71 (97%)
Sinclair 5/6 (83%)Garbin 33/35 (94%)
Housby 16/21 (76%)
Wallace 10/14 (71%)Assists: Sinclair 34
Gains: Klau 7Penalties: Magpies 60-41
Turnovers: Swifts 22-19MVP: Shimona Nelson (Magpies)
Big upset win!
Very disappointing result for the Swifts. all credit to Magpies they played well. Cannot understand why Nat didn’t get on court, Does anyone know is she injured? From looks on things she won’t be there next year.
Wow Nelson 69/71 that’s outstanding!
What is the highest score we’ve had from an SSN team so far? This has to be up there.
Hasn’t Nelson improved since the start of the season? The first couple of games she was like erghh, no better than last year. Then she went to good quarters and poor quarters during a game. Now she has had a couple of phenomenal games in a row. I think the fact the mid-court has also found their groove the last few games is making for a really happy Magpie nest. Kudos to the players and Nic Richardson.
The highest score ever in club netball is 80 and it’s happened 5 times in all. Nobody seems to be able to go past it.
