So if Swifts win next game will they make major semi final or which way do they need the result for Giants vs fever to go. Agree with you about Garbin she should be starting GS if she wants to make Diamonds squad whether that is at Swifts or another club

Both winners of the weekend go to the Major Semi, losers go to Minor

Believe she’s undergoing scans today/tomorrow (from what I remember from the club statement)

Injury Update: good news for Nankivell who has avoided significant damage. She has suffered hyper extension and associated bone bruising.

I feel like the past two seasons have been a real struggle for Wood in terms of injuries. She can’t seem to catch a break, only getting patches of good form as well.

                      Amazing news for masie!!

Agree re wood, poor thing has been held back by injuries. Hopefully this isn’t too serious. I hope her pushing through finals won’t cause further issues down the line.

Have to say I’m pretty excited for today’s games! It’s pretty much a 1st round of finals and I’m loving it. All teams have a shot at a double chance so I expect they’ll be going even hard than usual in a final round game. Bring it on!

                                No Steph Wood!

Feel for the giants who have lost 2 key defenders, without being able to replace them due to border closures. Hope to see Manua step up as I know she’s capable of, but concerned they can’t replace poolman when she fades as she’s struggled for consistency.

Sad there’s no Steph Wood either.
Have a feeling both clubs are taking no chances with finals next week
