I love Francis’s hair bouncing around today.
Disagree re. Mentor – she looks flat footed and her vertical jump is a shadow of what it once was. I’d put Newton back in GK.
Nelson’s hands and vertical jump have improved heaps but she holds like she’s sitting in a chair which makes her shorter than she really is. Courtney Bruce consequently having a blinder

I don’t think fever can afford to experiment with Glasgow at GS (more so with Fowler off) when percentage might be the difference for them this season. Yes they’re straight back in the finals hunt already but they’ll have to drop a game or two eventually so they’ll need to demolish teams when they can.
* Deleted by Ian. That was an unnecessary comment.
Glasgow is such a keen competitor. You can tell how much she wants to prove herself. Such a beautiful shot!

She just had a baby…- This reply was modified 3 years, 8 months ago by netballfan91.
@intimidation – is that really a necessary comment for you to make???
Percentage won’t be a problem for Fever this year. Aside from the fact they’re already dominating, the teams they would be equal with come finals will have three less wins to add to their own percentage. It’s practically impossible at this stage for the Fever to have three more wins than say Magpies/Swifts/Firebirds and have a worse percentage. If Swifts lose to Giants, Fever will probably be 25-30% clear of them with the same amount of points. If they’re up by 19 at 3/4 time, it’s better to protect Fowler from injury and build up a back up option should she get injured.
I don’t understand what’s so offensive. And yes I’m aware she’s had a baby.
why do you feel it is necessary to comment on her appearance at all?
@intimidation even if your intentions are pure, I’m sure you can appreciate that comments about her body are entirely irrelevant. She’s talking about netball, and we should too 😉
Have any defenders for magpies got any gains to their names? Other than a rebound? Like deflections, intercepts? They just don’t seem to be getting anything…
Ward is getting on top of Charles, quite a few turnovers and she’s less of an option. I’d like to see ATN get a run at WA.
The attack for Magpies far more disciplined. Nelson has been good.
Magpies fought back in that Q, but Fever still leading 59-44.
