@kerryn, thank you for supplying the name. Asher Grapes. Yes she was nippy and Mystics kept playing her at GA eventhough it was obvious she didn’t want to shoot. I also agree with you about Kolose.

Noticed the reference to Hunt being a dual passport holder.. wonder how much influence Taurua had on that one.

Funnily enough NC I was going to ask the same question re Manu’a, but I assume from the article it’s fine as it stipulates she hasn’t played for the Diamonds since the 2016 Quad Series.

I also don’t recall Pitman renouncing her Australian playing eligibility for England, she just didn’t get selected for Diamonds anymore, and sort of tried to get in with the Ferns that season at the Pulse, pre landing with the Roses.

I think you’re right as well that playing for the Diamonds would have been Manu’a’s first preference but there’s a lot of others in the pecking order for her, and to be fair she’s only 25 so has two cycles in her to aim for the pinnacle events.
