Stars playing like they did at the start of the season – poorly (other than Temu who is definitely that standout for them) and Pulse also back to playing how they did at the start of the season – just really unpleasant to watch (and I imagine extremely unpleasant to play against)
Well wasn’t expecting this. Wilson only has 9 goals in a half of netball; really struggling against Jury.
Harrison showing her age, Dunn having a good game, stars mid court attack totally out of sink
A warning against Crampton for taking Gordon’s landing space.
It’s more of the same in this third quarter, as Pulse continues to dominate. Such is the stranglehold Pulse has on this game that Stars have scored just 20 goals in 39 minutes. Pulse 35-20
Metuarau ought to put those shots up. That stuff will get eaten up against international defences.
Didn’t know Temu trained with Giants in the off-season.
Gordon into C. Pedersen to the bench. Massive cheers for her.
I reckon Maddy Gordon will be a pivotal player in the ferns at com games, just saying…. 😥
Surely Gordon playing her way to Birmingham. Genuine option in all three midcourt positions.
Pedersen and Harrison back on court to start the last 15.
3/4 time: Pulse 42-26
Dunn 35/37 (95%)
Metuarau 7/8 (88%)Wilson 14/18 (78%)
Malesala 10/11 (91%)This final is one-way traffic, unfortunately. But if you’re a Pulse player or fan, I’m sure you’re not upset about that. It’s been a clinical dismantling of the Stars.
