A much-improved Magic team won the 3rd Q and reduced the gap to 8. Can they continue that trend in the last 15 minutes?

The lead back to just 4 now. Is there another twist to come? Stars began the match looking for a big win. Now they may have a battle on their hands for the victory.

Despite a very shaky last quarter, stars are going to do enough to hold on here. It’s not the big win they would have been hoping for though.

I haven’t watched this game yet (just catching the final few minutes). Commentator’s are saying this is Kayla Johnson best game this season. Is this because she’s running at GD?

So many frustrating things about that game, umpires were very pro Stars for the first half and then pulled their head in and were a lot more consistent.

Stars saying their aim is to win by 20 goals, very disrespectful to the opposition, firstly win then go from there and Magic nearly came back and bit them on the bum.

Mes trying too much yet again.

The winders and kersten change worked well tonight. Agree with Winders post match that they’re finally linking better because they can run their ideal starting 7 and sadly it happens at the end of the season.

We saw once again when Hume is off her shot is way off. Wills shouldve benched her much sooner, 3/10 and poor decisions let the Magic back in.

Good to see Johnson play a great full 60mins at GD. Hope Temu isn’t injured too much cause shes my in form GD for the league.

I’m thinking Temu’s ankle injury is much the same as Nwekes – As Kiri Wills said we saw it on replay and it was pretty bad.
Hume wasn’t benched because of her shooting, she was benched because she was injured.
Johnson played better because she finally got more than half a game instead of coming on halfway through. She was better in GD than I’ve seen her play all season.
Bailey shot well, she’s not just in the team to shoot – she’s in the team to settle the attack end as well.
