    3/4 time: Stars 46-43

    Bird 30/32 (94%)
    Selby-Rickit 13/16 (81%)

    Wilson 25/27 (93%)
    Hume 21/26 (81%)

Stars have hit the front and now seem the more assured of the two teams. Can they maintain this lead?

Stars dominating now, up by 7 with 3 minutes left. They’ve absorbed the pressure from Tactix and lifted their game to another level.

Looking ugly for the Magic early.

Finger tip control from Aliyah Dunn on the baseline. Pulse in total control early. 9 straight goals! 12-3 after 9 mins.

Poor Edgecombe doesn’t last 10 minutes at WA.

Hayley Saunders at WD, Kersten at C and Winders into WA.

This is what happens when you don’t recruit a specialist WA 🤦‍♂️

In saying that, the knock to Bailey Mes and her going off, changed everything for Magic. Pulse on a roll now.

Maihi and Tong need to be on together. Mikaere is being killed by Dunn’s footwork.

Where is Magic’s WA from last week? They are learning vveerryy quickly that WA is a fairly crucial position.

Just curious whether Jazz Scott counts as an import for Pulse or does she have any NZ links. Jazz is a former Team Bath player and went through the English netball pathway system. Great to see her back playing at elite level.

    1/4 time: Pulse 19-9

    Dunn 17/18 (94%)
    Metuarau 2/3 (67%)

    Ekenasio 5/6 (83%)
    Mes 4/4 (100%)

Dominant first Q from Pulse. Everything’s working for them and Magic has no answers so far. 6 turnovers against Magic, only 2 against Pulse. 4 gains for Pulse, none for Magic.
