Interesting to see Moore go to Giants. I’m not sure if she’ll actually get that much more court time, but she will probably get to play more in the circle which might be a priority for her. WD is clearly not her preferred position. Giants have a lot of exciting players in that defensive end but they’re a bit short and quite inconsistent, so it will be interesting to see how they perform. Hopefully Sligar or Miller gets the last contract.
Firebirds defensive end looking very empty. Nearly no Australian options left for them, so it will either be Imports or new players. It’s a shame that players like Newtown and Shimmin will probably spend large amounts of time on the bench when there seems to be an open GK spot.
