I’m not saying it was the correct decision. I think the way it was handled was appalling however I felt the overwhelming response was that the vixens had essentially had their home GF taken away from them which wasn’t ever guaranteed and a big overreaction for that particular point.
I have always agreed with all other points but the outrage over the vixens not getting their home GF was never one I could understand.

So did NA get more money from Perth than they wouldve if they didnt ‘sell’ it to them? Seeing as Fever have dominated Vixens tonight so ended up deserving the GF anyways?

Vixens left their run too late. All credit to the fever- they dominated the entire game. Bruce and Aryang were excellent.

Hopefully Simone learns a few things tonight. Namely let Samason grow into a game. Don’t just throw her out for the super shot and then take her off. Rahni is your future and present. Simply without Rahni that score line would have been embarrassing.

Obst would have been proud of the amount of changes McKinnis made tonight. Way too many and no chance for anyone to settle.

I notice the Melbourne commentators made no mention of Watson’s caution…

The Fever getting the home GF because they won tonight is a totally different thing to NA’s appalling, ill timed decision …it always should have gone to the winner of tonight’s game. Especially at such a late time in the season to make the decision.

From what’s gone on over the last 6 years, NA are showing they have real problems.
