        ATN looking good in WA.

          1/4 time: Fever 26-18

          Fowler 18/18
          Glasgow 6/6

          Koenen 10/11
          GA Wood 5/7

Just a lazy 44 goals scored in the first quarter. Fever played almost mistake free netball with just one turnover. The move of ATN to WA is working very well.

I know they’re playing one of the strongest teams in the comp but wow lightning look so disjointed and to put it simple just bad all over the court.

Fever looking extremely well drilled. Dan has introduced some lovely shooter to shooter work and Glasgow is looking slick.

A bit of work to do in D but definitely a lot tidier penalty wise.

                  1/2 time: Fever 46-33

                  Fowler 33/33
                  Glasgow 10/12

                  Koenen 20/22
                  Wood 7/11
                  Batcheldor 2/3

On track for an enormous score. Will Fever beat 80 today. Lightning just don’t have any answers at all in defence… Fowler / Glasgow / ATN just dominating.

So sad about Sam Wallace. One of my favourite players.

Glasgow in GA is excellent. Batcheldor had a great little cameo there too – so many Aus shooting options finally coming through the ranks!!

Lightning are a rabble. I know that Fever are very good but Lightning have a lot of work to do.

Devastating for Wallace. Could the Swifts’ season be like Vixens last year?

Dehaney had covid in the preseason. I wonder if that is impacting her form? Definitely doesn’t look as dangerous as last year. Or maybe not as protected not being behind Weston?

This is just one way traffic. Fever up by 20 now and headed for a massive record score. Fowler has 48 goals in 40 minutes.

This is so painful to watch. Lightning have been on a very slow descent since Taurua left and they might’ve just hit rock bottom this game.
Hopefully only up from here for them this season…!

Before the season I tipped FBs for 8th. Think I chose the wrong QLD team

Yes Fever are good but 70 goals in three quarters. Lightning may as well not have defenders on the court.

                                  3/4 time: Fever 70-44

                                  Fowler 54/54
                                  Glasgow 12/15

                                  Koenen 25/28
                                  Wood 11/18
                                  Batcheldor 3/4

Not quite sure what to say anymore. This is basically like a training run for Fever. They’ve had just 8 turnovers in three quarters of netball. Glasgow 12 goals and 29 assists!
