Why would you ever not start with Samason?
We could be in for a shootout here. 10 goals in the first 4 minutes. 5-5.
Austin has started well, Vixens are looking good
1/4 time: Vixens 17-16
Kumwenda 11/12
Austin 5/7Harten 10/11
Dwyer 4/5A Kumwenda goal with 1 second left gets the Vixens in front. An entertaining quarter. Vixens are well ahead on the NNP though. Moloney and Weston starring so far. Harten firing for Giants.
Great all court defence from both sides. No easy passes. Now Austin with a super shot. And another. She’s the best player on court currently. Vixens up by 7.
Great to see Keira starting so well. But I miss watching Rahni.
Good to see Austin getting some of her form back.
The commentary is excruciating.
At least this time they haven’t got a random male ring-in who can’t tell the players apart and may not have watched a game in his life!
The game being played at a cracking pace. Great intensity and good quality. The big difference so far is in defence. Vixens have picked up 12 gains so far. Giants only 4. Weston, Eddy and Moloney doing such a great job for the home team.
Yeah pretty sure I heard Sharni say Liz was out with an ACL last year.
Sophie Dwyer with back to back super shots gets the lead back to 4, now Harten misses with another attempt and Weston snaps up the rebound. And now another miss. Vixens 46-40
