      Gosh that was hard to watch. Dwan was really costly this game, crucial missed shots and involved in lots of turnovers.
      I do think Cassidy dominated this game at WD, she’s too expensive in C but her pressure this game was phenomenal when restricted to WD and I think she forced the multiple changes in the Tbird attack line.

        Also bummed the commentators ruined the result of the other game 🙁 I was avoiding social media all day cause I knew I couldn’t watch live and they gave the score line in the middle of this match 🤦🏻‍♀️

          Whats with the goalposts on the Firebirds home court? They dont look legit or standard? The ring is thicker downways if that makes sense?

            Dwan and Garbin went to the wrong teams. Garbin has really been unlucky, hopefully she can get some more game time at GS. I’m not sure if she’s as dominant as Nelson is at her peak, but she’s far more consistent.

              @al_ex totally agree
              It’s very interesting how the 2 clubs they left were/are in need of shooters, probably very bittersweet for Dwan and Garbin to think about. Dwan just has no confidence, every time I see her with the ball, usually in range she would have shot no problem at F’birds, she looks very unsettled. Is she on 1 year or 2 year contract at T’birds? I feel as though a move for her could be beneficial, though not sure who would be looking at the end of this year!

                Know what you mean about the goal rings, Nate. They’re certainly different alright.

                      So four Diamonds’ squad members in this SSN team of the week.

                      Think Proud’s been in the SSN team twice (more than Moloney or Parmenter or JLP or Watson I think!)…..mmmm….
