Sinclair was great last week. Hopefully Allan gets on again.

TBirds should retain Potgeiter, Horjus, Dwan and Austin IMO. Let McDonald go. Horjus and Dwan can play WA whilst Wilson can play WD.

It’s interesting Dan Ryan has chosen Zoe Cransberg over Chelsea Pitman.

Very interesting call. Chelsea has dominated every time she’s taken to court. However, I guess they need a back up C?

Action-packed start here. It’s 7-7 halfway through the first half.

    1/4 time: Fever 17-16

    Fowler 17/18
    Glasgow 0/1

    Nelson 13/15
    Garbin 3/5

End to end stuff here. So quick. Attack is on top of defence. Teague-Neeld already has 10 assists after the first Q, but Browne is right behind her with 9.

    Scrappy to begin with.

Verity Simmons has -11 NNPs and 3 turnovers and 3 penalties. Terrible stats for a Centre.

Brown on fire….too fast for Francis-Bayman so far.

The silly male commentator seems VERY concerned about the net

Halfway through the second Q and the teams can’t be split. It’s 26-26. Good game.

And called Simmons Francis-Bayman even tho the ball was in Fever’s goal third.

I always find male commentators get excited about slightly odd things. I was happy that Madi Browne pointed out to him that having the most offensive rebounds in the comp isn’t always the most positive stat!

I was also surprised Pitman wasn’t elevated but I guess it makes sense if they want a more C player on the bench.

Lots of commentators think offensive rebounds is a positive stat. Sue Gaudion was very much in that camp.

Madi Browne is a very good commentator IMO.

I love how Madi is not afraid to correct her fellow commentators.

Josie Janz-Dawson is also doing a great job with her sideline reports.

Magpies in front as we near the end of the first half! But now a block from Bruce forces a turnover and Glasgow scores right on the whistle to get Fever back in front. This is a tight game.
