Think this game has probably come up a bit soon for Tactix. A bit later on in the season they might be able to match Mystics, but this might be too early.

Stars v Magic should be a close one.
Tactix attacking end is a work in progress.
Steel need to get sorted quick, that was a horrible performance the other day.

Steel need a solid shooter, a go-to person. They don’t have that.

15-10 Stars at quarter time. 6 GPTs by the front line of the Magic. The messiness is costing them so far but they did tighten up towards the end of the quarter.

Magic for the wooden spoon this year. Until they recruit a strong defender to partner Takarangi and a specialist WA, they won’t be winning a lot of matches.

Kersten looking very ordinary in this match

Oh dear, Mes struggling with her shooting.

Gosh Kersten looks of the pace big time.

Elley is giving Crampton a lot of room and Kersten isn’t offering enough support to her.

I’m quite impressed with Nathan at WD!

The magic feeders seem to be a bit slow. Often one of the shooters is free but by the time the feeder notices the shooter is no longer free

I think Nathan was a WD/C before she went to Tactix…

Magic’s IG are asking for fans player of the match…would it be wrong to put Ivana Rowland?

they seem to be a bit like the Warriors – no matter who they have there just seems to be something not right overall…

That was a disappointing game to watch. Stars deserved to win but hard to tell how much better they were than last week given Magics poor showing. It’s like Magic spent the week resting on their laurels after keeping Pulse to a one goal difference.

                                  correct re Nathan.
