Yes Mes, I totally understand that the selectors decisions are theirs! But as a SF fan I do have my reservations. Don’t get me wrong when Mes is on she’s amazing, it’s just her consistency particularly at international level that worries me

This game is another tight contest. Love the speed. Malcolm and Poi’s combination is slowly coming together.

Watching the steel vs magic game from yesterday, I think that the fact is that steel is a young team with mainly young players,some of who will be future Silver Ferns but aren’t yet. Except for Sam winders there are no other ferns past or current as far as I can see. Whereas the other sides all have 1 or more ferns I think, is that correct?

This is such a good game to watch- really strong pressure from both sides and some very physical goal circles. Poi is doing a huge amount of feeding.

Why does Malcolm throw the ball back to players on the transverse line so often. That last time she seemed oblivious to the time left in the quarter.
