Has anyone noticed how many times the Stars have played at home? We are 5 rounds in and they have had a home game in all but one of those, plus they are home again next round and the one after that.

        Seems a little advantageous.

Hadn’t noticed Mooz but hardly fair if true
          Question to all
Are the WC games being played in Bendigo?

TPSR with 9 turnovers. I actually had to turn the game off halfway through the third quarter.

Was clear the Stars attackers really nullified Watson and Burger.

Wilson truly pencilling her name in the WC squad. I would say a 4th shooting spot still up for grabs.

@Minkie – Netball World Cup this year is in South Africa.

What games was Dan Andrews talking about then?

Might be the 2026 Commonwealth Games. I feel like I’ve heard the netball for that will be played in Bendigo.

Re that fourth Ferns shooter spot @Baller I feel the realistic options at the moment are Mes and TPSR. Metuarau would need a blinder back half of the season to throw her name into the hat.. Falkner is impressing me with her volume and accuracy the last couple weeks, hope she keeps that up.

The games that they will be talking about are the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Bendigo and other parts of Victoria.

K re 2026, I could be pushing up daisy’s by then lol
As for 3rd/4th shooters, who knows.
I can remember media and public absolutely shredding Maia during the last Ferns games.

Horrible game by the Tactix. Burger and Watson got enough ball and then Tactix just threw it away in mid court or in the goal third. Sinclair failed to contain Crampton. I would’ve tried Burger on Crampton.

Selby Ricket too many turnovers and missed shots. I would take Metuarau over Selby Ricket to the WC. Metuarau is a much more exciting player. Malesala looked good too today. She must be one of the few shooters in the nz league with a legit long shot, along with Ekenasio.

Although Mikaere had a good game she needs to stop throwing elbows and following through with her arms onto the opposing shooter. You don’t say her playing like that against the likes of Wilson.

@kwkiwi – Mikaere vs Walmsley was the reason I selected Magic to win over Pulse. I was pretty certain that Mikaeres style of play, if she got into the game, would have an impact on the outcome. As often said, players play to the umpires whistle.

I doubt Metuarau would pass the Noel’s fitness test. Plus her fluffing around with 45 seconds and less yesterday
was one of the main reasons for the Pulse loss.
I wouldn’t have Te Paea either, horrible performance from her yesterday.

I’ve been really impressed with Faulkner and Malesala as GAs so far this season! I love TPSR but she did have a shocker yesterday.

2nd game in a row the Pulse have lost by one point. Hanging in by their little pinkie and bonus points.

Can’t see any clear favourites in the midcourt besides Crampton at the moment. That’s a little scary regarding C. 😳
