Watson on the bench. I’m sure a win would be nice for Tactix supporters but I’d rather Watson ease in at a precautionary pace.

Walmsley is def initiating a lot of contact on Llyod and Burger but not getting whistled for it.

Theres a difference between holding strong and shouldering in.

Pulse get away with so much pushing and shoving. Really not a likeable team.

@mcleod agree 100% they are always the ones crying foul…yet nearly every single game that gets overly physical (including the down right dirty) they are involved in… really quite unpleasant to watch

Only watched the last quarter. Why was Dunn off and I think the calming head of Watson was dearly missed for/next to Burger.

The end result was flattering (even though I only watched 15 minutes!) for the Pulse, but the brain fade from the Tactix..

I don’t agree with a lot of the calls against Lloyd and Burger. Walmsley doesn’t have the strength to take the hits so falls to ground.

What on earth happened at the end? I wasn’t watching. It was 43-44 and ended up 45-54!

                    Why was Dunn taken off?
And why did it take them so long to bring her back on?

Koloto struggled on the shot today, I’m not sure why Dunn was kept off for so long! Tactix midcourt struggling again in the end

Putting it out there – if I were the Tactix I would look to keep both Lokotui and a fit Greer Sinclair in 2024.

                        Move Sinclair to C.

Malcolm has not hit any great heights for the Tactix IMO.

@Wewood im a tactix supporter and was excited for the injection of Malcolm when it was announced especially due to their disappointing 2022 season… however she hasnt impressed me much either a very unpopular opinion with my English friends too!

I finally watched this game, and I didn’t mind Koloto at GA. Maybe tried a bit too hard in doing the quick “ditch offs” or tricky passes to TPSR. I would have liked to have seen her out front of Dunn. Her speed with Dunns strong hold would have made a good combination.

Koloto needs to become a WA, because lets face it her shooting is

I don’t know much about Koloto, is she renowned for not having a good shot?
Would her shooting be better with more court time?

                                @mcleod
is pushing her out to WA to do with her shooting? Or because her height? Or both?
As I said, I don’t know anything at all about her. I would love to see more footage of her playing. I loved her speed.

Koloto is 5’11 so not that short… her shooting during the pacific WC qualifiers was pretty good, as it has been when she’s played in the NNL (in previous seasons I think she was predominantly a GS), but again another one who is chucked on for a few minutes here and there and expected to shoot the house down.

but she does have pretty good vision into the circle – so maybe bringing WA into her game would be a benefit
