Proud back out there now. She looks okay. But Gorman-Brown stays on. Hadley having a rest. Swifts 35-27

        1/2 time: Swifts 37-31

That quarter was level 12-12. A big difference to the first quarter with the defences of both sides really coming into the game. Giants have made too many errors. If they can cut those down, they can be right in this.

Matisse Letherbarrow on to start the third quarter, and Kelea Iongi is up against her. The Giants’ Amy Sligar the only player not to have got on court so far. Swifts 42-35

Here we go. Letherbarrow is on fire from 2 point range! The difference is back to 3!

              3/4 time: 51-51

Well, how about that! Giants come right back with a 20-14 quarter and we’re all locked up. Who wins from here? Giants have the momentum, but Swifts haven’t lost a single fourth quarter in close matches this year.

                Full time: Swifts 68-63

Super shot time didn’t go as planned for Giants and Swifts come away with another hard fought win, and another winning 4th Q when under pressure!

POTM Helen Housby again. What a star. 6 games in a row with 100+ NNP

                    1/4 time: Vixens 21-19

Well, that was an entertaining first Q. Hannah Mundy is having a field day with 10 assists already for Vixens. Donnell Wallam has 16 goals for the Firebirds including 2 super shots.

Anyone else feel like Bec Bulley barely says anything during her time outs? She’s giving lack of authority (I’m sure that isn’t the case at all but that’s what it seems like as a viewer)

Hannah Mundy is putting on a show here. 17 assists and 29 feeds in 20 minutes. Vixens 32-28

                          1/2 time: Firebirds 39-36

A late surge from Firebirds, but Kiera Austin landed a super shot right on halftime to reduce the margin. All the stats are very close – Vixens 6 gains to 5, Vixens 8 turnovers to 7, and 23 penalties each.

I would put Mannix on Wallam. Wallam having a great game. Stacey Marinkovich in the crowd and would be very impressed by her.
However I’m not sure if Wallam would stand up in a World Cup final.

Just tuned in; the two dark coloured uniforms make for difficult viewing, maybe Vixens should have a lighter coloured uniform as the away team

                                I agree.

Emily Mannix has come on for Olivia Lewis. Firebirds had a handy lead, but two poor turnovers and Vixens narrow the gap to just 2.

                                  3/4 time: Firebirds 56-55

We’ve got another close one on our hands here. A topsy-turvy game with turnovers playing a bit part. Wallam has 49 goals to this point including 5 super shots. Vixens would still be favoured here but who knows?
