      Hope Austin is OK, she was absolutely copping it on the court before then. Will be very interesting to see how Borger playing out the game.

        If Austin can’t come back Vixens are going to struggle. Austin just had a ripper quarter alongside Mundy. They combine so well. Austin was leading NNP for all players.

          3/4 time Vixens 46-45

          Austin has been taken back to the rooms after a big collision with Ward. Hope she’s okay. She was having a brilliant Q. Kim Borger came on and Vixens’ revival continues. After a big 20-13 quarter, they took the lead right on 3/4 time.

              Well, here we go. 15 minutes left in the last derby between these two teams. Vixens with all the momentum. Can Magpies fight back? This is big.

                  How come play wasn’t stopped for Austin but was for Jovic? Was it because Jovic was further up court? Really curious why as Austin was in clear distress and the Magpies were assisting her.

                  Madi Browne just commented that Austin is back in the bench.

                    Now Jovic is down with an ankle! I can’t even tell what happened to Austin, she seemed to be walking okay but probably something knee-related.

                      Austin looks like she is coming back. So assume it’s not serious which is great to see.

                          I really don’t understand the whole thing about when you stop play and when you don’t. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason about it.

                              Time out for Magpies. Vixens seem to be finishing stronger, but a Nelson super shot gives Magpies some hope. Vixens 60-55 with 4 minutes left

                                  Because McKinnis clearly hadn’t realised already hopefully this game shows Mundy has to be on court. Hopefully Marinkovich also notes how out of form the Watson – Moloney combination is. Watson’s play was immeasurably stronger in the second half and credit has to go to Mundy for that.

                                  Well deserved MVP to Austin. Mundy and Weston also very good.
