2023 SSN ROUND 7

Hey, do we still have some umpires on this forum? Got a question (it been so long since I’ve umpired and the grey matter is forgetting things)

In the Lightning v Fever game, Steph Wood shot a 2 pointer when she hadn’t appeared to land fully in the circle. I rewound to watch but it was still a little obscured but appeared she landed with one foot in the circle, one out, then stepped that second foot into the circle and shot a 2 pointer.

I thought this wasn’t allowed, and Courtney Bruce thought so too, briefly trying to point out to the umpire before thinking better of it and getting on with the game.

Thoughts?

I was wondering if the super shot rule was slightly different because when it came in the ruling was stated the player had to land completely and only in the 2point zone, not grounded foot in the 2pt zone and being able to move the non-grounded foot from the 1pt zone.
