My only speculation as to why they didn’t release all the tickets is because they wanted to make the stadium look full.

One reason may be so they can plan for the number of stadium staff/services they enlist. With pulling together the event in a short period of time, it’s better to have a total to work towards for planning as they don’t have the benefit of indexing and forecasting. Plus if NA has removed each of the Club’s involvement, they may use different methods of procurement etc.

Could be all of the above or that NA are a shambles !!!

If it was to make the stadium look full, I’d still release the rest of the tickets in the week or two leading up. At least the first couple stands will all be full.

I’ve had a look at the swifts v fever game, and half the seating blocks are unavailable once again!

Akle always complaining about the rough play from the opposing team.
She needs to look at her own team!

Such a good game! While slightly off topic, I think that Alice Teague-Neeld is one of the greatest netball stories of recent years. Her form was soo low as a shooter for Collingwood that I honestly thought she’d walk away from the game. Her transformation into a world class WA is sensational. Despite the critique that she’s feeding Fowler so it’s easier, she is sooo safe with the ball even up court and her movements efficient. It’s great motivation for other young players I think.

Agree @montyb. We still have to remember she only came into form (or really found her feet @ WA) towards the end of last season. I think having Chelsea Pitman in the squad as a training partner, really upped her game. Now she is a very strong WA who is very hard to shut down.
