Great squad. Except for that very first Constellation Cup, Stacey Marinkovich has been excellent with how she’s integrated new players and tested combinations. I’m excited to see how Garrett fares and whether Koenen can continue improving her GA game.
Surely Watson, Bruce and Koenen are the most in need of a rest. The first two especially. Although Weston has had lots of niggles in recent years so understand her being the rested defender and RBD has an ankle injury.
I’m so happy for Garrett, well deserved.
Good team, and also great to see the WC players continue to play in 2023 post WC!!!
Van Der Berg has had ankle surgery.
Interesting to see van der merwe has falling out of favour.
Such a shame Van der berg is out, she’s the next best GS in my opinion. Let’s hope Venter can perform well she didn’t have the best World Cup.
Ridiculously tight turnaround from Monday and a huge travel day yesterday for Diamonds….
I hope Watson is given a rest. But I don’t expect it…
Surely Wallam, Dwyer, Parmenter and Garrett can all start tonight. Klau also didn’t have huge court time in NZ so hopefully will get a GK start.
Is this being broadcast in NZ? if so, what channel please?
