There are going to be some mighty cross international coaches if their players take part – surely this should be a rest period before NWC? It’s only a week after the end of NSL, and just before the World Cup as well….let’s just hope no one gets hurt.
And 5pm on a Friday in east London – don’t they want any spectators? The Copper Box is hard to get to at the best of times unless you live in E London, and that’s before you factor in London’s rush hour traffic and the end of the working week. Supporters are then left with a late night drive home or the opportunity to book a super-expensive hotel room. Madness.
It’s almost as if EN doesn’t WANT anyone to be there.
Wonder if this is why Lightning aren’t taking part?
