Is it me or are the umpiring letting more go this season? Makes for better netball for teams that can reduce errors and take advantage of this.
Incredible that the Stars were still a mathematical chance to make playoffs (with only one win) up until this loss.

Magic has consolidated its 3rd position for now with a hard-fought 51-47 victory over Stars. POTM was Saviour Tui (37/42).
Stars are now out of the running for playoffs despite picking up yet another bonus point. It’s their 9th of the season!
Enjoyable game, Ekenasio is playing some excellent Netball, best GA in NZ by a country mile.
The bonus points need to be removed. You shouldn’t get a consolation point for losing within 5 goals.
The fact that the Stars were still mathematically able to make finals before this game despite having won only one game this season is a joke.
Bonus points helped the Stars last year, I remember them celebrating a 5 goal loss to the Pulse in the final round.
Mystics a completely different team with Nweke and Toeava starting. They lead the Tactix 13-9 after 11 minutes in Christchurch.
