                I don’t really blame her Maryann, I think she’s a pretty good coach (and has the past results to prove it), but currently stuck between a rock and a hard place down south with no real easy way out – maybe a new coach can take some new players with them that may help bolster their ranks a little

                  I think she’s a really good coach too. However I can’t get past how she by-passed Martina Salmon?
                  She’s the GS they’ve always needed!

                    Salmon may not’ve been able to commit to the travel down south weekly for trainings/games etc, and then Pulse snapped her up as soon as Walmsley got injured(and then Williams not long after)

                      Oh right…..I didn’t realise that. That’s unfortunate for them, cause she would have made a massive difference.

                          @Netballfan1 – I wondered if she had and had missed out. Aren’t the Firebirds going to need coaches for next season? Maybe there.

                            Nweke is winning the battle with Jackson but defence at both ends has been great.

                              Mystics have continued their late-season resurgence since regaining Grace Nweke and Peta Toeava. This result confirms their place in the top 3 going into the last round and means Tactix can reclaim the top spot tomorrow.

                                Regarding Bloxham, she was a consultant coach for Wales at the WC, and now Jill McIntosh has stepped back from the head coach role at Cardiff Dragons. So maybe Bloxham could be going there.
