Good game by the Pulse. Always the potential with the tactix that they won’t close out the game, as they showed tonight.
Pulse coach seems to be running basketball like rotations. I prefer Salmon over Walmsley. Salmon is much more athletic and has a better shot. Must be frustrating for Salmon getting subbed off when she’s playing so well like she did after the first quarter. Had Watson around her little finger most of the time.
We were lucky Kersten was available mid season!! I think she’s on a par with Gordon, even though some people on here used to like to bag Kersten. I was impressed with Mason. What an exciting player at times!
Tactix defensive circle too undersized even though they try hard. Same with Poi.
Anyway can’t see anyone getting up over the mystics as long as Nweke’s on the court. The Mystics defenders are also much bigger and more rugged than the tactix defenders and will cause a lot of grief for the pulse shooters. I’m predicting a pulse-mystics final and a romp home by the mystics.
