Does anyone know when Malesala and Metuarau are back?
Add Dunn to the list of (when is she returning), the updates from clubs regarding the timeline for players returning is pretty poor. We get the info regarding the players who got injured during games, but nothing about those injured before the comp even started.
Malesala must be close. I saw a Northern Stars clip of some fun activity and she was in it – they were squatting in pairs with backs and backsides against each other, arms linked and were crabbing along sideways and back again. This was yesterday I believe and I thought at the time how much strain that would put on an ankle. However I guess it depends on what the ankle injury was – a niggle is hard to resolve. It may be that she needs to get her fitness back up.
Metuarau only resumed running last week so I imagine its still a while away – I wonder if it was a stress fracture.
Kersten not in Pulse’s lineup or bench. Not any player injured?
I always thought Kerstens inclusion was to buy AAT time.
Thomas has always stood out as a plucky defender in the Manawa games.Wow, what a result.
The Magic have handed the Pulse their first loss of the season, putting on a clinic with a 58-41 result in front of a vocal home crowd in Tauranga.

Gosh that was a unexpected thrashing. What a difference Ekenasio makes, Tui was wonderful, defence all over Salmon.
Thrashing yes. Unexpected no. I think the Magic have been building consistently.
Younger players getting courttime but the experienced hands are definitely missed.Pulse still had 2 first choice Silver Ferns, but both of them had poor games.
That’s the Magic team I tipped to beat Mystics last week! Lost trust and tipped against them this week unfortunately.
That Ekenasio x Tui combo is on fire! I really hope to see them together in that other black dress.
NZ101 WTF are you on about, I watched the game, Kelly Jackson had a poor outing against a moving GS who had a fantastic game, Souness threw in some poorly directed passes that where to short to get to Salmon, who was front marked by the Magic defenders, so don’t come at me with your stupid remarks.
